I am an education abroad professional who currently works with faculty-directed programs at Arizona State University.  Aside from my day-job, I also enjoy volunteering with the Melibees to change the conversation around international education.  I am most concerned with helping students break the Ugly American mold and finding ways to help them integrate more fully in their host locations.

I  am a proud Francophile and have studied French language and culture on several occasions in Paris and also led student groups abroad in France.  When I am not solving the day-to-day faculty ‘crises’ or playing virtual intern with the rest of the bees, I am probably religiously following the pop culture scene—my guilty pleasure!
